Ans: Yes, a service fee of 6% of the annual rental agreement (11-month agreement value) is charged by RentalsOnly for the services offered to the landlord.

Ans: Yes, landlord can edit their listing from “Manage Your Property” section.

Q) For how long is a listing valid on the website?
Ans: Every listing is valid on the website for 90 days from the day of listing.

Q) What happens when the “90 day” listing period is over?
Ans: Landlords have to re-validate the availability of their listing.

Q) What is “Manage Your Property”?
Ans: “Manage Your Property” is a Property Management portal which lets landlord control their listings. Landlords can edit their listing, delete their listing and also monitor the number of “views” on their listing among other options.

Q) What is “Verified By RentalsOnly”?
Ans: “Verified By RentalsOnly” is a service provided by RentalsOnly to verify your listing on the website.

Q) What is the benefit of “Verified By RentalsOnly”?
Ans: Verified properties are displayed with a special tag on the platform. Further, verified properties are always displayed before unverified properties, giving more presence to verified listings.

Q) Is “Verified By RentalsOnly” chargeable?
Ans: Yes, “Verified By RentalsOnly” is a chargeable service with Rs. 500/- per listing.

Ans: No, prospective tenants do not have to create an account.

Ans: Tenants can fill up the “Interested” form associated with each property. A representative from RentalsOnly further contacts you to assist with your request.
