By selecting the “Verify your listing” checkbox, a request is sent to the RentalsOnly team.
A team-member from RentalsOnly will be contacting you to set up an appointment at the listing address.
On the day of the appointment, the team member will inspect and verify the listing with the details.
The team member will click attractive images of the property using a high-quality image capture device.
The images, along with the verification approval, is send to the back-end team.
Within two business days, your listing will be tagged with a special icon representing a Verified Listing.
Verified Listings are displayed prior to Non-Verified Listings.

As a service fee, RentalsOnly will be charging you Rs. 500/- per listing.
Note: Please make the payment, in Cash or Cheque, to the RentalsOnly team-member upon visit. A receipt will be issued in exchange of the payment. An electronic receipt will also be sent to you over the registered email.
